The development seeks to provide 612sqm of community space togther with nine apartments on two floors above. The scheme has been designed to comply with the Wandsworth Adopted Plan 2023, Breeam Oustanding, low energy and sustainable construction and aiming for zero carbon targets with an on-site energy reduction of 35%.
